We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our refund policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
The following items are exempt from being returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
- Gift cards.
- Intimate apparel (such as underwear and swimwear) that has been removed from its original packaging, for hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, please contact us. We will send you a replacement once we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after our confirmation, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and items purchased with discount codes may not be eligible for a full refund; please review the sale terms at the time of purchase.
